Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into technical problems and define measurable objectives.
- Collaborate with senior team members and managers to identify suitable technical approaches.
- Conduct AI research within the Innovation department.
- Collect, clean, preprocess, and explore data in collaboration with data engineers.
- Develop and deploy machine learning models, optimize existing models, and design new approaches to improve performance.
- Apply coding best practices to industrialize models in collaboration with Solution experts.
- Present technical results clearly to teams and clients and support effective solution integration.
- Share knowledge internally and monitor developments in data science and machine learning.
Requirements
- Training in AI, machine learning, data science, statistics, applied mathematics, or a similar field.
- Strong understanding of the statistical and mathematical foundations of machine learning and AI algorithms.
- Good understanding of the technical challenges faced by client teams.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts and presenting results to clients.
- Ability to analyze problems and propose appropriate scenarios after an initial framing phase.
- Autonomy, proactivity, excellence, and curiosity.
- Proficiency in Python and common libraries including TensorFlow or PyTorch, scikit-learn, and LangChain.
- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Data manipulation and ETL skills are a plus.
- Fluent English is essential.
