Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Flows.
- Build and optimize lead management, opportunity management, quotes, territory management, deal registration, and partner portal processes.
- Integrate Salesforce with external billing and marketing systems through REST and SOAP APIs.
- Enhance Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and PRM features as needed.
- Own deployments, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
- Collaborate with QA, Salesforce administrators, and product owners in an Agile setup.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, primarily with Sales Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of the Salesforce Sales Cloud data model and lead-to-cash processes, including Leads, Opportunities, Products, Price Books, and Quotes.
- Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and test classes.
- Understanding of the Salesforce security model and integrations.
- Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD tools.
- Working knowledge of Service Cloud and PRM.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, ownership, and collaboration skills.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II or Sales Cloud Consultant certification is preferred.
- Experience with CPQ, Experience Cloud, a SaaS product company, or implementing AI use cases on Salesforce is preferred; candidates without AI experience should be willing to learn and implement AI solutions.
