Base Salary
$172k - $207k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the technical baseline, roadmaps, architecture decisions, and design and change control processes.
- Lead AI/ML solution patterns covering MLOps, model lifecycle, evaluation, risk management, and enterprise integration.
- Author and review technical artifacts, including DoDAF-aligned materials where applicable.
- Define performance, reliability, interoperability, and compliance controls across systems and enclaves.
- Drive legacy code modernization, cloud migration, API and AI/ML integrations, deployments, proofs of concept, and technical assessments.
- Mentor senior engineers and coordinate increment goals with the Release Train Engineer and Program Manager.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with CI Polygraph is required.
- At least 10 years of technical leadership experience, such as Chief Engineer, Chief Architect, or equivalent.
- Deep expertise in software architecture and enterprise integration.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML platforms, data pipelines, cloud environments, containerization, and security patterns.
- Advanced degree in computer science, electrical engineering, data, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work onsite five days per week for the duration of the role.
