Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance custom SAP software components using ABAP.
- Analyze and resolve medium-to-complex SAP FICA issues through debugging and process knowledge.
- Perform hands-on coding for FICA objects and RICEFW objects.
- Support FICA processes including payment posting, accounting, write-offs, returns, installment plans, and dunning.
- Log defects using HPQC and resolve daily operational user issues.
- Apply SAP IS-U ABAP knowledge and support SAP IS-U billing activities.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Hands-on SAP ABAP development experience, including S/4 ABAP.
- Experience with SAP FICA and SAP IS-U ABAP.
- Knowledge of FICA processes such as payment posting, accounting, write-offs, returns, installment plans, and dunning.
- Experience with FICA objects, RICEFW objects, HPQC defect logging, debugging, and user support.
- Good communication, analytical, presentation, decision-making, flexibility, and pressure-management skills.
- Knowledge of SAP IS-U billing is preferred.
