Base Salary
$141k - $249k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with autonomy and algorithm engineers to scale safe self-driving systems.
- Expand the model deployment pipeline to new GPUs and embedded systems for onboard compute.
- Optimize truck-deployed models using TensorRT and ModelOpt.
- Create and benchmark CUDA kernels for inference.
- Profile model runtime, CPU/GPU code, and memory usage to identify performance bottlenecks.
Requirements
- MS/PhD or a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or a similar technical field, with a minimum of six years of industry experience for the bachelor’s-degree path.
- Strong coding proficiency in Python, C++, or Rust.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch.
- Experience profiling CPU and GPU code using tools such as PyTorch Profiler and NVIDIA Nsight.
- Experience with NVIDIA embedded platforms such as NVIDIA Jetson or Thor.
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to help others.
- Passion for self-driving technology and solving complex technical problems.
