Responsibilities
- Embed with domain teams to understand workflows, define success criteria, and deliver capabilities from discovery through production.
- Build end-to-end data pipelines, transformations, ontology models, and application workflows on Palantir Foundry.
- Develop user-facing applications, integrate upstream and downstream systems, and support deployment, monitoring, and ongoing improvement.
- Ingest, transform, and model datasets while defining data quality checks and documenting assumptions and limitations.
- Partner with product, data science, data engineering, governance, and platform teams to align scope, timelines, and standards.
- Create reusable templates, components, playbooks, and delivery standards while mentoring teammates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in biology, bioengineering, bioinformatics, biostatistics, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in biomedical research, bioengineering, bioinformatics, or a related domain.
- Hands-on experience building and operationalizing Palantir Foundry solutions, including pipelines, ontology, applications, and access controls.
- Experience partnering with stakeholders, defining solutions, and delivering proof-of-concepts and production software, data, or analytics products.
- Strong programming skills across data and application layers, with the ability to prototype rapidly and execute through production.
- Strong user empathy, workflow orientation, communication, stakeholder management, reliability, and operational discipline.
- Preferred experience with regulated or sensitive-data environments, product discovery, analytics, AI, or machine learning enablement.
