Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, and support LOCP platform capabilities across development, test, and production environments.
- Build and maintain platform services using Infrastructure as Code, automation, and modern engineering practices.
- Apply Site Reliability Engineering principles to improve platform reliability, scalability, performance, and operational effectiveness.
- Develop observability capabilities covering logging, metrics, tracing, dashboards, and alerting.
- Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem resolution across platform services and infrastructure components.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, product teams, application owners, and SRE specialists to deliver platform capabilities.
- Participate in technical design discussions, peer reviews, knowledge sharing, and engineering community activities.
- Deliver quality engineering outcomes through testing, documentation, automation, and adherence to engineering standards.
Requirements
- Experience building, operating, or supporting Kubernetes-based platforms in enterprise or large-scale production environments.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code, particularly Terraform.
- Knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering practices, including automation, operational excellence, incident management, and service reliability.
- Experience with observability technologies and practices covering metrics, logging, tracing, monitoring, alerting, and dashboarding.
- Software engineering and automation development experience using Go.
- Linux systems knowledge, including troubleshooting, performance analysis, and platform operations.
- Experience with Git-based workflows and modern software delivery practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, ownership, and continuous-learning skills.
