Responsibilities
- Lead the design, build, and configuration of scalable conversational AI applications.
- Design solution architectures using Google Dialogflow CX and Google Cloud Platform.
- Integrate Dialogflow CX with backend systems, APIs, Twilio, and Genesys.
- Implement security and redaction policies for PII, PCI, and HIPAA compliance.
- Architect for Google Cloud quotas, regions, failover, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, infrastructure, and business teams.
- Optionally implement CI/CD automation, manage Google Cloud quotas and limits, and extract usage insights.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience is required; the posting additionally specifies a minimum of 5 years in contact center technology implementation.
- 15 years of full-time education is required, with BE or BTech specified.
- Experience with Google Dialogflow CX, Google Cloud Platform, backend integrations, APIs, and telephony platforms is required.
- Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect or Professional Cloud Developer certification is referenced.
- Knowledge of Cloud Build or GitHub Actions, BigQuery, and Looker Studio is listed as good to have.
