Base Salary

$87k - $198k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Develop and operationalize cloud capabilities for secure environments across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Design, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise-scale systems using Linux and Microsoft platforms.
  • Build Infrastructure as Code and DevOps automation using Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Develop CI/CD pipelines to build, test, and deploy applications and infrastructure.
  • Provide operational support including system monitoring, incident response, logging, metrics configuration, and cloud workload troubleshooting.
  • Apply networking fundamentals including DNS, routing, switching, and load balancing.
  • Develop and manage containerized or orchestrated workloads using Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm charts.
  • Support cloud migrations, disaster recovery capabilities, and automated DevSecOps pipeline processes.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience designing, developing, operationalizing, and maintaining systems in enterprise-scale secure environments using Linux and Microsoft platforms.
  • At least 3 years of DevOps and cloud engineering experience using Infrastructure as Code in AWS, Azure, and GCP, including hands-on GCP development.
  • At least 3 years of operational support experience involving monitoring, incident response, logging or metrics configuration, and troubleshooting cloud workloads.
  • At least 2 years of experience using Golang, Python, SQL, Scala, or Java.
  • Experience developing CI/CD pipelines, networking, and containerization or orchestration with Kubernetes or Docker and Helm charts.
  • Secret clearance required; TS/SCI clearance is a preferred qualification.
  • HS diploma or GED plus 8+ years of software engineering experience, or a bachelor's degree plus 4+ years of software engineering experience.
  • Ability to obtain a DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification within 30 days of starting.
  • Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, disaster recovery experience, GitLab experience, cloud migration experience, and the ability to adapt to evolving requirements and meet project deadlines.
  • Candidates must complete Booz Allen's required skills assessment and meet the minimum proficiency threshold.
