Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end quality engineering activities, including test strategy, planning, execution, defect management, and reporting.
- Coordinate system integration testing and user acceptance testing across business, product, development, vendor, onsite, and offshore teams.
- Lead integration and end-to-end testing across warehouse management, order management, transportation management, marketplace, and downstream systems.
- Drive release readiness, production validation, risk management, and quality metrics reporting.
- Mentor distributed quality engineering resources, manage testing deliverables, and communicate status to stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least eight years of experience in quality assurance, quality engineering, software testing, or test management.
- Strong hands-on testing experience with Manhattan Warehouse Management System applications.
- Experience with Manhattan Active, Blue Yonder/JDA, or a comparable warehouse management platform.
- Strong understanding of API, system integration, functional, and end-to-end testing processes.
- Experience defining test strategies, coordinating testing activities, managing defects, and communicating quality risks and metrics.
- Preferred experience with retail, warehouse operations, logistics, supply chain, order management, and transportation management integrations.
- Preferred experience leading distributed onsite and offshore quality engineering teams, release readiness assessments, and post-deployment production validation.
- Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, developers, and third-party vendors.
