Responsibilities
- Maintain the availability and integrity of infrastructure supporting Alkira’s cloud networking platform.
- Troubleshoot issues in production deployments and provide 24x7 scheduled-shift and on-call coverage.
- Use Prometheus, Grafana, Jira, and related tools to monitor, manage, triage, and document infrastructure issues.
- Automate infrastructure deployment using CI/CD pipelines.
- Build tools that improve solution maintenance and monitoring.
- Develop and execute system and integration test plans.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience managing production systems.
- Experience with cloud providers including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with computer networking and network technologies.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines such as Concourse-CI and Jenkins.
- Experience with Kubernetes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly learn new concepts.
- HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate certification is highly desirable.
