Responsibilities
- Discover the platform, codebase, team processes, and engineering practices.
- Implement tickets and develop broader product functionalities within a product squad.
- Maintain and improve product features and the codebase while supporting squad innovation goals.
- Build cross-functional tools that improve quality standards and team velocity.
- Document, refactor, and analyze features to maintain quality and transparency.
- Share best practices, onboard new engineers, own part of the codebase, and deliver complex cross-team and architectural changes.
Requirements
- Significant full-stack programming experience with SaaS software architecture and modern programming languages.
- Interest in JavaScript technologies and comfort with algorithms.
- Experience creating intuitive, efficient, and elegant user interfaces.
- Product-oriented mindset with strong attention to customers and customer experience.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Fluent English at US/UK level or B2 French equivalent.
- Willingness to work with the company’s working environment and practices.
