Responsibilities
- Participate in development projects for laboratory systems and other in-house IT solutions.
- Assist the Project Leader with creating, testing, and deploying new page templates.
- Handle the OTRS service management system.
- Provide documentation for tasks and system management.
- Optionally design online marketing materials for Multimedia students.
- Develop an IT solution based on business needs as a degree student or support IT solution tasks as a Diploma student.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Multimedia equivalent.
- Good knowledge of IT skills.
- Good English language skills.
- Good communication, writing, and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to learn quickly and work under minimal supervision.
