Responsibilities
- Build, moderate, and grow Intel robotics and Physical AI developer communities across GitHub, Discord, Reddit, ROS communities, and other developer platforms.
- Answer technical questions, troubleshoot issues, mentor developers, and foster an open and inclusive community experience.
- Create sample applications, tutorials, demos, reference implementations, blog posts, walkthroughs, videos, workshops, and hands-on labs.
- Identify community champions, influencers, and contributors and help scale their impact.
- Collect, prioritize, and communicate developer feedback to product and engineering teams.
- Identify friction in onboarding, documentation, tooling, and deployment workflows and drive improvements in developer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 5 years of software engineering or developer relations experience.
- Strong programming experience in Python and/or C++.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch or OpenVINO.
- Experience supporting developer communities, open-source projects, or technical forums.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Preferred experience in robotics, Physical AI, autonomous systems, edge AI, ROS/ROS2, open-source contributions, GitHub communities, developer programs, technical conferences, workshops, simulation environments, VLA/VLM workflows, and modern robotics AI stacks.
- Familiarity with Discord, Slack, Reddit, Discourse, or Stack Overflow.
