Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise-scale AI agents and Generative AI applications.
- Lead architecture and implementation of agentic AI solutions using LangGraph and LangChain.
- Develop scalable software integrating LLMs, internal systems, data platforms, and external services.
- Build API-driven integrations using REST services and Model Context Protocol implementations.
- Create AI-powered automation for business processes and data engineering workflows.
- Partner with data scientists to operationalize AI solutions and measure performance and business impact.
- Establish practices for AI application development, deployment, monitoring, observability, and lifecycle management.
- Analyze telemetry and performance data to optimize AI agents and improve reliability.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and maintain platform stability and scalability.
- Lead code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to technical standards and architecture decisions.
- Collaborate with security and governance teams to meet enterprise and regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend approaches to advance organizational AI capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience; a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Software engineering experience delivering complex technology solutions.
- Advanced proficiency in Python.
- Production experience designing and deploying Generative AI, machine learning, or LLM-based applications.
- Hands-on experience with LangGraph, LangChain, or similar agent orchestration frameworks.
- Experience developing REST APIs, distributed services, and Model Context Protocol or similar AI integrations.
- Experience with production support, monitoring, telemetry, observability, and operational excellence.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable application development.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and influence engineering direction.
- Experience with agentic AI systems, autonomous workflows, or multi-agent architectures.
- Experience developing solutions with PySpark and modern data engineering platforms.
- Knowledge of RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering, AI application architecture, cloud-based AI and data platforms, and AI observability.
- Familiarity with MLOps, LLMOps, AI governance frameworks, and large enterprise environments.
- Financial services industry experience is preferred.
