Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, monitor, and improve AI agents, chatbots, and conversational AI solutions.
- Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise platforms and business workflows while applying NLP, machine learning, and AI frameworks.
- Build scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot and responsive front-end applications using Angular.
- Design and consume APIs, implement reactive programming patterns, and manage the full application lifecycle.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, containerize and deploy applications, and develop automated unit, integration, and end-to-end testing frameworks.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Ensure AI solutions follow security, privacy, and responsible AI standards.
Requirements
- Requires 8–12 years of software development experience with strong full-stack capabilities.
- Requires proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Angular, plus strong programming skills in Java, Python, or similar languages.
- Requires experience building APIs and microservices architectures and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as LangChain, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Dialogflow, and Rasa.
- Requires knowledge of NLP, machine learning, AI integration techniques, CI/CD pipelines, Git, automation tools, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
- Requires knowledge of security best practices including OAuth2 and JWT.
- Preferred qualifications include financial services or regulated-environment experience, responsible and ethical AI development knowledge, and familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills are expected.
