Base Salary
$70k - $105k/yr
Responsibilities
- Understand and apply the BizFlow M platform to customer business challenges.
- Gather, document, and model business and functional requirements with clients and partners.
- Create proof of concepts, user stories, functional specifications, UI/workflow demonstrations, and training content.
- Present documentation, PowerPoint materials, and solution demonstrations to customers, partners, and C-suite executives.
- Represent stakeholders through planning, development, and release processes while collaborating with product, engineering, and delivery teams.
- Review requirements and technical designs, translate technical complexities for stakeholders, and support test-plan execution.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to customers and identify opportunities for business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- At least 3 years of business analyst experience.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, relationship-building ability, and consensus negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, accuracy, deadline-management, and teamwork skills.
- Preferred: proficiency with relational databases and SQL.
- Preferred: experience demonstrating software to non-technical and executive stakeholders.
- Preferred: knowledge of the software development life cycle, low-code/no-code application platforms or workflow solutions, requirements and defect tracking tools, and modeling software.
- Preferred: ability to develop and demonstrate medium- to complex UIs and workflows using low-code/no-code or workflow platforms.
