Base Salary
$197k - $246k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, orchestrate, deploy, evaluate, and monitor AI agent workflows across GTM use cases.
- Own GTM technology stack architecture and integrations across HubSpot, Salesforce, Databricks, Clay, and emerging AI tools.
- Automate repetitive GTM processes using agent-driven, rule-based, or custom-scripted systems.
- Build and improve data pipelines and enrichment infrastructure for account, contact, intent, and competitive data.
- Create internal tooling, dashboards, and reporting for pipeline health, campaign performance, and agent effectiveness.
- Complete a GTM tech stack audit, deploy three production agent workflows, quantify time savings, improve enrichment and matching accuracy, and build a real-time reporting layer within the first 90 days.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in GTM operations, revenue operations, growth engineering, or sales operations with a strong technical orientation.
- Hands-on experience building and shipping automation workflows with tools such as Clay, n8n, Zapier, Workato, or custom scripts.
- Deep fluency with AI agent frameworks, including prompting, chaining, evaluation, and production monitoring.
- Strong data engineering skills involving SQL, API integrations, and data pipelines.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM architecture, HubSpot or Marketo marketing automation, and enrichment platforms such as Clay, ZoomInfo, or Apollo.
- Experience operating in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment and working independently as a first hire in a new function.
- Ability to define a roadmap, execute without extensive direction, and collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
