Base Salary

$100k - $150k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Architect and maintain high-performance applications using C++ and Python.
  • Develop software for high-rate UDP/TCP data streams, packet integrity, and low-latency transfer between hardware and software.
  • Implement DSP algorithms including FFTs, FIR filters, DDC, and spectral estimation.
  • Create Python tools for automated testing, signal simulation, and performance benchmarking.
  • Support GitLab CI, automated builds and deployments, code reviews, software releases, and development productivity tooling.
  • Design data pipelines, robust APIs, and software engines for sensing and communication platforms.

Requirements

  • Professional software development experience emphasizing C/C++ and Python.
  • Proficiency with Linux, multithreading, inter-process communication, and network socket programming.
  • Experience with DSP frameworks such as X-Midas, GNU Radio, or REDHAWK.
  • Experience implementing mathematical or scientific algorithms in code.
  • Understanding of object-oriented design, design patterns, and modern DevOps/CI/CD practices.
  • U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain up to a TS/SCI clearance.
  • Preferred qualifications include CUDA or OpenCL, hardware/software integration, networking, Docker or Podman, DSP concepts and implementations using NumPy, SciPy, or FFTW, and Electronic Warfare or SIGINT application experience.
