Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end architectures for AI, generative AI, and machine learning solutions.
- Translate client business requirements into scalable AI solution architectures.
- Define architecture patterns, technology choices, integration approaches, and deployment models.
- Architect AI solutions using Python and Microsoft Azure.
- Design production architectures covering model development, deployment, monitoring, governance, scalability, security, and performance.
- Provide technical leadership to Data Scientists, ML Engineers, AI Engineers, and application development teams.
- Support GenAI, LLM, RAG, AI API, and enterprise AI use cases.
- Participate in presales, solution design, technical proposals, effort estimation, demonstrations, workshops, presentations, and proof-of-concept discussions.
- Collaborate with delivery and product teams to move AI solutions from concept into production.
- Travel to client locations across the UAE as required.
Requirements
- 12+ years of overall technology or data experience.
- Strong earlier-career experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Approximately 2–3+ years of experience specifically in AI Architecture or Solution Architecture.
- Advanced knowledge of Python and strong Microsoft Azure experience.
- Experience architecting enterprise AI and machine learning solutions.
- Understanding of machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, LLMs, RAG architectures, AI APIs and integration, MLOps, LLMOps, model deployment and monitoring, data pipelines, and cloud architecture.
- Ability to design production-grade enterprise AI solutions beyond experimentation.
- Strong client-facing, presentation, presales, demonstration, and workshop skills.
- Consulting or system-integration background is strongly preferred.
- Preferred experience includes Azure AI Services, Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI, enterprise GenAI and LLM implementations, UAE government or large enterprise clients, and Big 4, Accenture, global consulting, or major technology services organizations.
