Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own the technical health and production reliability of enterprise applications across HR, finance, and operations.
- Design, build, and maintain integrations and data workflows using APIs, webhooks, SFTP, and related methods.
- Develop automation solutions that reduce manual work and improve accuracy.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues across applications, integrations, data, and infrastructure layers.
- Lead or support production incident root-cause analysis and implement improvements to prevent recurrence.
- Support application releases, deployments, testing, validation, change coordination, and post-release stabilization.
- Document system architecture, integrations, data flows, dependencies, configurations, and technical standards.
- Apply incident, problem, release, and change management practices.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI and automation, for business and operational improvements.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in solutions engineering, enterprise applications, systems engineering, IT consulting, technical support, business systems analysis, or a related technical role.
- Meaningful technical ownership of business-critical applications or technology solutions in production.
- Hands-on experience with system integrations using REST or SOAP APIs, webhooks, SFTP, or similar methods.
- Working knowledge of SQL, including SELECT, WHERE, and JOIN operations.
- Experience with at least one programming or scripting language such as Python, JavaScript, or Java.
- Experience troubleshooting interconnected applications, integrations, and data flows.
- Familiarity with incident, problem, release, and change management practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and work effectively with evolving requirements.
- Preferred experience with ERP, HCM, CRM, work management, workflow automation, HR, finance, accounting, or operational business applications.
- Preferred knowledge of ETL, data pipelines, integration platforms, iPaaS, RPA, or workflow automation.
- Preferred experience applying AI or large language models to workflows and business processes.
- Preferred foundational knowledge of cloud architecture and cloud computing.
- Preferred experience with Salesforce, Snowflake, Airtable, or similar enterprise technologies.
- Relevant technical or platform certifications, such as AWS or Salesforce certifications, are valued.
