Base Salary
$194k - $267k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, deliver, and support cloud-native security products from concept through production implementation.
- Lead collaboration across engineering, product management, design, support, and documentation teams.
- Maintain high programming standards through rigorous code reviews and comprehensive unit and functional testing.
- Work effectively with remote teams while ensuring product quality, agility, and delivery velocity.
- Serve as a player-coach by mentoring, grooming, and educating junior engineers.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience building Java-based web applications.
- Deep understanding of design patterns, scalability patterns, security engineering, and object-oriented principles.
- Experience working in fast-paced software development teams using continuous integration and deployment practices.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions.
- A strong security background and a proven record of championing security best practices.
- Ability to submit documentation establishing U.S. Person status upon hire for access to federal environments or protected federal data.
- Preferred experience includes anomaly detection systems, risk systems, cloud security, identity, authentication protocols, Angular, ReactJS, Backbone, or Vue.

- Annual base salary range of $194,000—$267,000 USD for candidates located in the San Francisco Bay Area, excluding equity and bonus.
