Base Salary
$290k - $350k/yr
Responsibilities
- Modernize and migrate authentication across Notion’s product surfaces.
- Build and operate Notion’s AI safety guardrail stack.
- Advance the authorization platform direction by driving architectural trade-offs.
- Own one P0 security program end-to-end by day 90.
- Raise the bar on security engineering craft by the end of year 1.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in security engineering.
- Demonstrated ability to ship security-critical infrastructure.
- Strong judgment navigating ambiguous trade-offs.
- Experience with AI/LLM security protections or ability to ramp quickly.
- Comfort mentoring and enabling others in security practices.
