Responsibilities
- Design and implement core product features for AI agent security.
- Discover agents and assess their tools, data, permissions, and exposure.
- Develop pragmatic algorithmic solutions that scan code and configurations for malicious or vulnerable agents, MCP servers, and skills.
- Balance scalable code design with rapid development and delivery.
- Help maintain the DevOps stack and improve development practices.
- Contribute hands-on to team building or leadership while developing core technology.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience developing production-level code across a variety of technologies, or exceptional organizational impact.
- Experience building or leading teams while contributing to core technology.
- Production-level Python experience or expertise with another programming language set.
- Ability to design efficient software systems and solve a broad range of algorithmic problems.
- Strong understanding of product and customer needs.
- Frequent open-source contributor and active participant in open-source communities.
- Ability to solve abstract problems independently and deliver results without constant supervision.
- Hands-on ownership, pragmatism, and interest in AI security.
