Responsibilities
- Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and design specialists to build client-facing products.
- Prioritize, plan, coordinate, and communicate frontend features with internal and external stakeholders.
- Set up and maintain development and deployment infrastructure for the frontend team.
- Maintain and enforce frontend technical best practices and standards across Faculty.
- Create and maintain reusable component libraries for company-wide project use.
- Provide training, mentoring, and onboarding support for new frontend engineers.
- Act as the frontend software engineering authority within the team.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience building scalable, maintainable, and well-tested web applications using React.
- High proficiency in ES6 JavaScript, HTML, and CSS3.
- Hands-on experience writing TypeScript or other typed languages.
- Experience with data visualization techniques and implementations such as d3.
- Exposure to cloud deployment using AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong focus on technical excellence and experience setting standards and mentoring others.
- May need eligibility for UK Developed Vetting and willingness to work onsite with government clients from time to time.
