Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and optimize custom software components across systems and applications.
- Develop scalable and high-performing full-stack solutions using Java and front-end technologies.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders on technical and business-alignment decisions.
- Act as an SME and support team decisions and problem resolution across teams.
- Lead process improvements that increase team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of server-side programming and database management.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment practices.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
