Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product designers, developers, and stakeholders to create user-friendly digital experiences.
- Maintain documentation, usage guidelines, and component libraries for designers and developers.
- Lead or contribute to projects from planning through deployment.
- Communicate technical feasibility and alternative solutions to clients and internal teams.
- Write clean, efficient, performant, well-documented, reusable, and modular code.
- Integrate and manage content across multiple CMS platforms.
- Balance short-term constraints with scalable future extensions.
- Support client-facing sales, solutions, and partnership initiatives when needed.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of software engineering experience.
- Strong experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React, TypeScript, Gatsby.js, and Next.js.
- Proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, CSS preprocessors such as LESS and SASS, Node.js, and Git.
- Ability to convert Figma and Sketch mockups into performant, accessible interactive experiences.
- Experience implementing and maintaining CMS platforms including Sanity, Contentful, Dato CMS, WordPress, Storyblok, Builder.io, Prismic, Strapi, and HubSpot.
- At least 1–2 years of WordPress experience is preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively, collaborate with designers, developers, project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Strong analytical thinking, ownership, problem solving, time management, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
