Responsibilities
- Integrate the LIGER GenAI platform into customers’ existing business processes and build customer-specific features and enhancements.
- Deploy and initially configure LIGER, provide customer support for 60–180 days post-sale, and transition deployments to long-term project teams.
- Develop production-caliber full-stack software and rapidly build features into or around LIGER’s core platform.
- Conduct proof-of-concept demonstrations and provide technical consulting, guidance, and support to customers.
- Troubleshoot deployment issues and deliver timely solutions during integration and deployment phases.
- Document customer requirements and feedback and communicate them to product and engineering teams for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, support, and other internal teams to deliver customer solutions.
- Travel occasionally to customer locations within the United States.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret clearance or eligibility for a U.S. Government security clearance; only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
- Advanced proficiency in Python and extensive experience with PostgreSQL.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, NLP, and related AI technologies applied to real problems.
- Experience with the MEAN Stack, TypeScript full-stack development, and Angular web applications.
- Knowledge of Docker, GitLab pipelines, cloud deployment models, AWS GovCloud, and federal or DoD environments.
- Ability to integrate software with existing business processes and interact effectively with APIs.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and security principles.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills, including communication with senior government and industry executives.
- Preferred qualifications include federal sales engineering experience, customer relationship development, product strategy input, DoD cybersecurity and vulnerability management knowledge, Kubernetes and container orchestration experience, MCP Server and MCP tool development, Unix/Linux experience, and leadership or expert issue-resolution experience.
- Willingness and availability for occasional travel based on project requirements.
