Base Salary
$154k - $239k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the technical relationship and delivery plans for key customers from proof of concept through production deployment.
- Design and validate agentic AI reference architectures for contract interpretation, invoice validation, collections optimization, and cash application.
- Validate product releases across preview, beta, and general availability stages; identify blockers, file issues, and build demonstration environments.
- Resolve complex technical issues across identity, data integration, platform, and heterogeneous finance technology stacks.
- Build demo environments, sandbox configurations, solution guides, launch-readiness assets, and scalable deployment mechanisms.
- Author technical blogs, reference architectures, and perspective documents about enterprise finance AI.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, business development, and customer success teams to shape product priorities.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in specific technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data and analytics.
- 3+ years of experience in application and infrastructure design, implementation, or consulting.
- 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting experience in the software or Internet industries.
- Preferred: 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking experience.
- Preferred: knowledge of SAP systems and their architecture and infrastructure needs.
- Preferred: experience with ERP systems or relevant finance roles.
- Preferred: experience designing integration architectures across CRM, CLM, ERP, and accounts-receivable platforms.
- Preferred: hands-on experience building demo environments, validating product releases, and translating product gaps into engineering requirements.
- Preferred: experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences and building launch-readiness frameworks, playbooks, and scalable deployment mechanisms.
