Responsibilities
- Shadow and interview non-technical stakeholders to understand their workflows.
- Identify repetitive tasks suitable for automation.
- Translate workflow problems into scoped technical solutions.
- Build automations and internal tools using AI-native platforms.
- Ship prototypes quickly for stakeholder validation.
- Wire together LLMs and existing systems for workflow outcomes.
- Document automations for unattended operation and team understanding.
- Contribute to error handling and monitoring of automations.
- Support training sessions for non-technical colleagues.
- Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to deliver practical solutions.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related program.
- Some experience with coding in Python, JavaScript, C#, or similar languages.
- Curiosity about AI and automation with hands-on experimentation.
- A bias toward action and willingness to learn from imperfect solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort with ambiguity and loosely defined problems.
- Familiarity with APIs and automation tools is a bonus.
- Experience with data handling is a plus.
