Base Salary
$100k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain PLC-based control systems for chemical processing equipment.
- Develop and integrate SCADA/HMI systems for monitoring and operational visibility.
- Build supporting services in C++ or Rust for high-reliability components.
- Define and enforce software engineering practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate sensors and field devices.
- Lead debugging and reliability improvements across the automation stack.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in developing industrial control systems or automation software.
- Strong production-level experience in C++ or Rust.
- Hands-on experience with PLCs and industrial control platforms.
- Experience with SCADA/HMI systems and industrial networking.
- Strong understanding of real-time systems and hardware/software integration.
