Responsibilities
- Design, build, and own major components of the agentic AI migration platform.
- Implement multi-agent capabilities using foundation models, reasoning, and tool-use patterns.
- Develop AI-powered network transformation features that analyze, replicate, and optimize enterprise network topologies.
- Improve agentic orchestration for migrating servers, storage, networks, and applications through iterative development, testing, and measurement.
- Participate in design reviews, architectural alignment, code reviews, operational excellence, and high-velocity releases.
- Mentor junior engineers and interns and contribute to engineering quality and experimentation practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 5+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language.
- 5+ years of experience leading the design or architecture of new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or engineering team leader.
- Preferred: 5+ years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Preferred: knowledge of machine learning and LLM fundamentals, including transformer architecture, training and inference lifecycles, and optimization techniques.
