Responsibilities
- Take ownership and drive improvement for security programs like fuzzing and threat modeling.
- Lead complex security projects from inception to completion.
- Drive architecture and processes that prioritize security in Server Engineering.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement security controls.
- Research new attacks and perform product security assessments.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in software security and architecture.
- Educate the engineering organization on security through various initiatives.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in application security, software security, or product security.
- Proven experience in C++ programming and security assessments on low-level codebases.
- Ability to contribute code back to environments.
- Strong track record of partnering with software engineers on security initiatives.
- Comfortable communicating complex technical issues simply.
- Demonstrated ownership of security initiatives with the ability to deliver results.
- Flexible to work hours occasionally to collaborate with US-based colleagues.
