Base Salary
$207k - $311k/yr
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate and articulate the features and benefits of Nutanix solutions to customers.
- Collaborate with sales teams on account plans and tailored client proposals.
- Conduct technical evaluations and proof-of-concepts to support successful solution adoption.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships as a trusted technical advisor.
- Mentor new hires and peer colleagues.
- Gather and communicate customer feedback to inform product development and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage complex accounts and support larger sales transactions.
- Collaborate with presales teams to achieve technical wins and meet customer needs.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, including at least 3 years as a Presales Engineer.
- Experience with Kubernetes, cloud-native and AI solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on technical aptitude and adaptability to changing market demands.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills in English.
- Experience with data center and cloud technologies, including storage, virtualization, and automation frameworks.
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships and manage multiple projects.
- Willingness to learn, mentor others, and maintain high ethical and professional standards.
