Responsibilities
- Design and build robust, scalable solutions in .NET and C#.
- Own the software development lifecycle from concept through production, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical direction.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, QA Engineers, and software engineers in cross-functional teams.
- Write unit and integration tests and maintain a high bar for code quality.
- Communicate complex engineering decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Mentor and support other engineers.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with C#, .NET, and SQL Server.
- React and TypeScript experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong unit and integration testing practices.
- Broad engineering knowledge and experience solving problems in complex, distributed systems.
- Strong communication skills with engineering, Product, and wider business stakeholders.
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ownership, judgment, proactivity, and ability to operate with ambiguity.
