Responsibilities
- Design and build robust, scalable solutions using .NET and C# from concept through production.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical direction.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, and software engineering teams in cross-functional work.
- Write unit and integration tests and maintain high standards for code quality.
- Communicate engineering decisions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Mentor and support other engineers and help raise team standards.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with C#, .NET, and SQL Server.
- Strong testing practices across unit and integration testing.
- Broad engineering knowledge and experience solving problems in complex, distributed systems.
- Clear communication skills with engineering, Product, and wider business stakeholders.
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
- React and TypeScript experience is a strong plus.
- Proactive, direct, and supportive approach to teamwork, with strong ownership and judgment.
