Responsibilities
- Develop scalable, reusable UI components and generative interfaces using TypeScript and React/Next.js or Angular.
- Design and build Python backend services, enterprise APIs, microservices, MCP servers, and integrations for multi-agent and Generative AI applications.
- Design, implement, and manage secure AWS cloud infrastructure using Terraform, Docker, and automated CI/CD pipelines.
- Use AI coding assistants and autonomous agents such as Claude Code and Ona in the software development lifecycle.
- Conduct code reviews and apply automated testing practices to human-written and AI-generated code.
- Build scalable, secure, resilient, and highly available systems while addressing enterprise security, IAM, and responsible AI concerns.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience spanning backend development, cloud infrastructure, frontend architecture, and DevOps.
- Production-grade proficiency in Python and expert-level TypeScript experience with React/Next.js or Angular 16+.
- Experience designing enterprise APIs and microservices, integrating enterprise systems, and handling real-time data flows and streaming AI responses.
- Deep expertise with AWS, Docker, Terraform, CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, and infrastructure automation.
- Experience building backends for complex AI or LLM-powered applications and leveraging AI coding agents in an agentic SDLC.
- Experience with Snowflake or OpenSearch is preferred; familiarity with MCP, graph databases, and Generative UI libraries is beneficial.
- Experience working in regulated industries is beneficial.
- Relevant education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, including a B.Sc., B.Eng., M.Sc., M.Eng., PhD, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of enterprise security risks, IAM, safe data handling, and responsible AI deployment.
- C1+ English communication ability, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
