Base Salary
$225k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and deploy scalable full-stack applications.
- Own projects from technical discovery through implementation and support.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Data, Security, and Operations teams.
- Drive improvements in system reliability, performance, and developer experience.
- Contribute to architectural decisions for scalability and security.
- Mentor teammates through code reviews and technical collaboration.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Java, React, and TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience with cloud-native applications using AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
