Responsibilities
- Operate and enhance AI infrastructure services supporting the Sferical platform and its tenants.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents across data center, network, and platform layers.
- Implement automation for deployment, configuration management, and operational workflows.
- Collaborate with AI platform, security, and network teams on secure, scalable solutions.
- Apply DevSecOps practices and integrate security controls into AI infrastructure delivery.
- Contribute to observability, logging, monitoring, on-call support, runbooks, and operational improvements.
- Support the evolution of the Hydra, eStart, and related service orchestration platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience operating data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, virtualization, or container platforms.
- Knowledge of production network operations including routing, switching, firewalls, VPN, and load balancing.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps or DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and security controls in delivery workflows.
- Practical automation and scripting experience, such as Python or Bash, and experience with infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Familiarity with observability tools and incident management processes.
- Understanding of infrastructure and platform security principles, including identity and access management, hardening, and patching.
- Experience providing production support for critical services, including incident handling and root cause analysis.
- Fluency in spoken and written English, with strong collaboration and ownership skills.
