Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions for operations, maintenance, forecasting, and process optimization.
- Architect end-to-end ML workflows covering data preparation, feature engineering, model development, validation, and production deployment.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis, feasibility assessments, and proof-of-concept initiatives.
- Collaborate with data engineers and cross-functional teams to build scalable data pipelines and high-quality training datasets.
- Apply ML engineering and MLOps practices for model versioning, deployment pipelines, containerization, monitoring, governance, and documentation.
- Monitor production model performance, address model drift, and implement retraining strategies.
- Communicate AI and ML insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders and support adoption of emerging AI technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical discipline.
- Around five years of hands-on experience in machine learning, data science, or AI solution development in a commercial or enterprise environment.
- Demonstrated success designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models into production at scale.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Practical experience with Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Experience with cloud-based machine learning platforms such as AWS SageMaker, Azure Machine Learning, or Google Vertex AI.
- Understanding of MLOps, model lifecycle management, deployment pipelines, and business-driven AI use cases.
- A master's degree in Machine Learning, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is advantageous.
