Base Salary
$200k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of AI tools and applications from inception through implementation.
- Build ad hoc tools for threat hunting, remediation, scanners, and incident response.
- Build, monitor, and maintain infrastructure including Kubernetes clusters, serverless workloads, and ETL pipelines.
- Identify opportunities for automation and tooling by partnering with engineers.
- Partner with product engineering teams on security outcomes, including patching automation, gateways, and risk-reduction services.
- Mentor and help grow other software engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience as a Software Engineer.
- Experience working with production codebases.
- Experience with at least one scripting language, such as Python, and one systems programming language, such as Golang or C/C++.
- Experience with modern cloud infrastructure, including data pipelines, serverless workloads, and Kubernetes.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and deliver high-quality projects on time.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Preferred experience in a high-growth technology company.
- Preferred hands-on experience leveraging AI to build applications.
- Preferred experience maintaining Linux operating systems.
