Responsibilities
- Enhance existing software applications and occasionally suggest architecture improvements.
- Develop and design reports using SQL data fetching, data processing, and data representation.
- Gather requirements, understand project scope, estimate work, and plan and execute tasks.
- Handle client calls and collaborate with stakeholders to meet requirements.
- Participate in component-level technical design discussions.
- Debug software and document root cause analyses and resolutions.
- Identify team-level process improvements and support software releases.
- Work in accordance with security policies and protect corporate and client assets.
- Work a 9 AM–6 PM shift and additional or irregular hours as needed and permitted by local regulations.
Requirements
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of software architecture and software development.
- Ability to develop, debug, and design software applications or operating systems according to design specifications.
- Ability to work with SQL for data fetching and report development.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Understanding or willingness to learn healthcare workflows and the Millennium data model.
