Base Salary
$170k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own software problems from scoping through production, including coding, shipping, and monitoring outcomes.
- Work across the full stack and contribute wherever the problem requires.
- Engage directly with customers through calls, support tickets, and session replays to guide product development.
- Use AI tools for code generation, debugging, specification drafting, and exploring new capabilities.
- Ship quickly, iterate based on user feedback, and fix broken systems or workflows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Demonstrated full-stack flexibility and experience shipping across the backend and frontend.
- Daily practical use of AI tools and strong understanding of how they can improve software development.
- Bias toward shipping and iterating in front of users rather than over-perfecting documentation.
- Customer curiosity, high agency, and ability to make progress amid ambiguity while owning outcomes.
