Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain granular RBAC and identity management across cloud infrastructure and internal tools.
- Build automated data masking, anonymization, encryption, access-control, and data-protection pipelines.
- Secure distributed storage, compute instances, databases, cloud IAM, secrets, and zero-trust data-access patterns.
- Design secure vector database architectures with tenant isolation and metadata-level filtering.
- Engineer LLM safeguards for prompt-injection prevention and data-leakage protection.
- Integrate security scanning, fairness and bias testing, and model-performance evaluations into CI/CD deployment workflows.
- Build telemetry and alerting for model drift, anomalous API usage, and compliance adherence.
- Automate metadata extraction, data cataloging, end-to-end lineage tracking, audit reporting, and compliance dashboards.
- Collaborate with HTA divisions and distributed engineering and data science teams, and travel domestically and internationally as required.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Security, AI Engineering/Governance, Software Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least five years of software, data, or security engineering experience.
- At least five years of programming experience with Python, SQL, Bash, Go, or similar languages used in data and infrastructure engineering.
- At least five years of experience deploying and securing machine learning models, including generative AI and LLMs, in production.
- At least five years of experience with DevOps automation, CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and infrastructure-as-code tools.
- At least five years of experience with governance platforms such as Collibra, Immuta, or Privacera.
- At least five years of experience with governance frameworks and audits such as NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, or OWASP LLM Top 10.
- At least one year of hands-on experience implementing AI guardrails and moderation pipelines.
- At least one year of experience in AI red teaming, adversarial robustness testing, and hallucination or bias monitoring.
- Strong understanding of data security, encryption, IAM, secure network architecture, cloud platforms, distributed storage, and AI vulnerabilities.
- Preferred qualifications include five years working with distributed teams across multiple geographic regions and familiarity with GDPR and CCPA compliance.
- Strong problem-solving, prioritization, communication, multitasking, and ability to work under pressure are required; corporate safety and PPE requirements must be followed.

- Full-time hybrid work in Hillsboro, Oregon, with approximately 60% onsite and 40% remote work.
- Up to 25% domestic and international travel is required.
