Responsibilities
- Lead a small team in designing and implementing robust, scalable, and high-performance AI solutions for business challenges.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership, guide engineers through complexity, and raise engineering standards through daily engineering practices.
- Develop agent, harness, and MCP engineering solutions and optimize agent stability, reliability, and latency.
- Stay current with applied Generative AI and identify reusable AI capabilities for multiple business use cases.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders across business value streams and support teammate growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of hands-on coding experience with strong Python skills.
- Experience with cloud-native development using GCP or Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
- Strong hands-on experience with Agent, Harness, and MCP engineering development.
- Hands-on experience with at least one of LangChain, Deep Agent, LangGraph, or CrewAI.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, ownership, resilience, and proactive delivery skills.
- Proven team leadership experience and the ability to help teammates grow.
- Good English communication skills and an AI-native, creative, innovative mindset.
