Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Implement robust measurement and observability for video features.
- Build a video recording pipeline for T&S and user experience.
- Develop initial seller tools for enhanced livestream interaction.
- Advance video features for flawless user experiences.
- Inform long-term video strategy and success criteria.
- Lead innovation in seller tools for peak streaming performance.
- Evaluate and onboard new video providers.
Requirements
- 6+ years of software engineering experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with scaled WebRTC systems.
- Ability to translate product requirements into scalable systems.
- Known for high-quality engineering designs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and self-direction.
- AWS/DevOps experience.
