Responsibilities
- Own the design and evolution of packaged or SaaS software solutions.
- Oversee application configuration, system integrations, and software releases.
- Set and maintain platform standards for stability, performance, scalability, and business/vendor alignment.
- Act as a subject matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Lead development and implementation of software quality and delivery best practices.
- Mentor team members and support their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional technical efforts with business goals.
- Monitor project progress and resolve technical challenges in a timely manner.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience is required, with a stated minimum of 8 years in Spring Boot.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Strong proficiency in Spring Boot and experience designing scalable microservices architectures.
- Experience with Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate, REST API development, and Java design patterns.
- Experience with Spring Core, Spring MVC, Spring DAO, Spring JDBC, and Spring ORM.
- Knowledge of RESTful API development, integration techniques, multithreading, SOLID principles, and annotations.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, SaaS deployment strategies, distributed-environment troubleshooting, and application performance optimization.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Experience with React.js for full-stack or integration tasks.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Azure Cloud Services, Jenkins, Ansible, PostgreSQL, or Oracle is desirable.
