Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, and implement applications aligned with business and application requirements.
- Lead software development projects and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Act as a subject matter expert, manage team collaboration, and make or support team decisions.
- Provide solutions for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional development efforts.
- Optimize application performance and scalability.
- Design scalable and maintainable codebases, debug and test applications, and deploy them across diverse environments.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in .NET full-stack development.
- Proficiency with frontend and backend technologies.
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable code following best practices.
- Familiarity with database management and integration techniques.
- Competence in debugging, testing, and deploying applications.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
