Base Salary
$125k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Support technical customer relationships across pre-sales, implementation, onboarding, and support.
- Assist with strategic cross-functional project implementation and delivery under guidance from senior team members.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and contribute to internal tooling and process improvements.
- Collect and organize product feedback, identify gaps, and support product requirements documentation.
- Help manage roadmap expectations among the engineering team and customers.
- Perform daily activities consistent with safe and sound business practices and regulatory requirements.
- Identify, assess, and manage risk by following bank policies and procedures and reporting issues to management.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a technical or technical-adjacent role.
- Strong customer-facing presence and clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-solving aptitude, curiosity, humility, and eagerness to roll up your sleeves.
- Basic technical skills with potential to grow in JavaScript or Python coding and the ability to learn SQL.
- Interest in financial services; prior industry knowledge is helpful but not required.
