Base Salary
$125k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Support the technical relationship with customers during pre-sales, implementation, onboarding, and support.
- Assist in the implementation and delivery of strategic cross-functional projects.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and contribute to building internal tooling and processes.
- Collect and organize product feedback and support the writing of product requirement documents.
- Manage roadmap expectations with the engineering team and customers.
- Adhere to safe business practices and regulatory requirements while performing day-to-day activities.
- Identify, assess, and manage risk by following established policies and procedures.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a technical or technical-adjacent role.
- Strong customer-facing presence.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-solving aptitude and curiosity.
- Humble attitude and eagerness to roll up your sleeves.
- Basic technical skills with potential to grow in coding (JavaScript or Python) and ability to learn SQL.
- Interest in the financial services industry.
