Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain automated tests for eCommerce applications.
- Develop tests using TypeScript, Playwright, and Cucumber.
- Engage in UI, API, and database testing.
- Participate actively in the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with developers to enhance testing scenarios.
- Utilize feedback from stakeholders to expand test coverage.
Requirements
- Experience in testing eCommerce applications.
- Solid experience in test automation using TypeScript, Playwright, and Cucumber.
- Proficiency in Agile environments and in-sprint automation.
- Hands-on experience with BDD using Cucumber and Gherkin.
- Good knowledge of API and web services testing.
- Experience in Accessibility and Visual testing using Playwright.
- Familiarity with backend testing, databases, and SQL querying.
- Hands-on experience with UNIX commands and log verifications.
- Experience testing RESTful services using Playwright or similar frameworks.
- Ability to identify data requirements and implement tests for coverage.
- Experience with existing test automation frameworks using TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Experience in continuous integration environments.
- Familiarity with source code control systems like GitHub or BitBucket.
- Effective interpersonal skills for collaboration with stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
