Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, integrate, maintain, and troubleshoot RPA solutions that automate business processes.
- Configure and manage UiPath Orchestrator for robot deployment, scheduling, and monitoring.
- Build scalable UiPath Studio workflows with selectors, reusable components, and exception-handling logic.
- Test bots and automation workflows, including user acceptance testing with cross-functional business teams.
- Document process workflows, solution designs, technical specifications, test materials, training materials, and user guides.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, assess feasibility, and recommend design improvements.
- Monitor and optimize RPA performance while ensuring performance, security, and compliance requirements are met.
- Support client visits, requirements gathering, and new project implementation through 10–15% domestic travel.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology and Management, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- Three years of experience in a related occupation.
- Experience analyzing and developing cost-effective UiPath RPA software for resource optimization.
- Experience with OCR, VBA, databases, UiPath Computer Vision, and UiPath Task Capture.
- Experience collaborating with business clients, conducting user acceptance testing, and translating requirements into automation architecture and workflows.
- Experience with Agile-based implementation, Azure DevOps, UiPath Automation Hub, and the full automation lifecycle.
- Experience preparing Process Design Documents, Solution Design Documents, test scripts, test cases, training materials, and user guides.
